Measuring Food Literacy : The Survelliance of Elderly Teachers and Education Staffs’ Food Literacy Level

The “food literacy” is increasingly used to describe knowledge, skills and behaviors needed meet food needs. aim of this survey research was measure literacy level among elderly teachers education staffs. Methods: This surveillance using FLQ-EE(Food Literacy Questionnaires Elderly Education staffs) which created by authors. participants were 170 staffs selected census population in Bangkok Province Centre the Welfare Promotion Commission for teacher Educational overweight (BMI≥23.0). data analysed percentage, average standard deviation. Results: interactive knowledge nutrition. Food including selecting, planning manage, preparing functional level. Excepted Eating Critical Conclusions: Mostly,food indicates that it's on a satisfactory Therefore, appropriate learning should be promoted further.
